1. Accounts and eligibility
You must be legally able to enter a contract and, if acting for an organization, authorized to bind it. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to info@bubblespherecrm.com. You are responsible for use of your account and the permissions you grant your team.
2. The service
BubbleSphere CRM helps manage prospects, clients, team members, engagement records and bubble charts. Free accounts can upload contact lists and view bubble charts. A paid Pro subscription unlocks messaging, SMS and bulk sending, subject to account permissions, configuration and third-party availability. Administrators may have access without a paid subscription.
The service does not provide insurance, investment, tax or legal advice. Institution listings do not establish an affiliation, endorsement or authorization to sell a financial product. Verify all product and institution information independently.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Pro is offered at $29.99 per month or $299 per year. The currency, taxes and final amount are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval unless canceled before renewal. Paddle processes subscription payments and acts as merchant of record where indicated at checkout; its checkout terms also apply.
You can cancel future renewals through Billing’s Manage subscription option or request assistance by email. Unless a refund ends access sooner, cancellation leaves paid access available until the end of the paid period. Failed payments may result in loss of paid access. Test-mode transactions do not charge real money.
Refunds are governed by our Refund policy, including a 30-day first-payment refund. Any price change will be communicated before it applies to a future renewal.
4. Your records and lawful messaging
You retain ownership of the records and content you upload. You authorize us and our service providers to process that content only as needed to provide, secure and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Only upload data you are entitled to use. Obtain required permissions before sending messages, respect opt-outs and comply with applicable privacy, anti-spam, telecommunications and financial-services laws, including CASL where applicable. Do not use the service for unsolicited bulk messaging, fraud, impersonation, illegal content, unauthorized access or attempts to bypass usage restrictions.
Do not store full payment-card details, account passwords, government identification numbers or sensitive medical records in CRM notes. You are responsible for checking recipient details and message accuracy before sending.
5. Third-party services and AI
SMS depends on a configured Twilio account and its sending rules; carrier delivery is not guaranteed. Email delivery requires a configured delivery service. Saving a message does not by itself mean it was delivered. Third-party accounts, charges and terms may apply.
AI next-action recommendations are generated from prospect information and engagement history you submit. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Review every recommendation and draft before acting; AI output is not professional financial advice and does not guarantee a business outcome.
6. Availability and suspension
We may maintain or update the service and may suspend accounts that pose a security risk, violate these terms or fail to pay required charges. Where reasonably practical, we will provide notice and a way to resolve the issue. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or guaranteed message delivery. Keep independent copies of important records using available exports.
7. Intellectual property
Darj Holdings Inc. and its licensors retain rights to BubbleSphere CRM’s software, branding and service materials. These terms grant you permission to use the service, not ownership of the software. You may not resell access or interfere with the service without authorization.
8. Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or guaranteed results. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent the law permits their exclusion. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer, privacy or refund rights.
9. Changes and contact
We will update the effective date when these terms change and provide notice of material changes through the service or account email. Changes will not remove rights already accrued. The laws and courts that apply are determined by applicable law; these terms do not require you to waive mandatory local rights.
