Refund Policy

You may request a full refund of your first paid subscription payment within 30 calendar days of that payment, whether you selected the monthly or yearly plan. The guarantee applies once to the initial subscription payment, not renewals, upgrades or later subscriptions. No explanation is required.

Renewal payments are non-refundable except where legally required. Outside the first-payment guarantee, we do not offer voluntary prorated refunds for unused time, plan changes or partial billing periods. Contact us about duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charges so they can be investigated. Third-party charges, such as Twilio usage, are governed by that provider’s policy.

Email info@bubblespherecrm.com within the applicable window with your account email, payment date and Paddle receipt or transaction reference. Do not send card numbers, passwords or other sensitive payment credentials. We may verify account ownership and payment eligibility before approving the request.

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method. Processing and bank posting times vary; we will confirm the refund status rather than promise a fixed arrival date. No automatic refund is triggered by simply canceling your subscription.

Use Manage subscription on the Billing page to cancel future renewals, or contact us for help before your next renewal. Cancellation normally keeps paid access available until the end of the paid period. When a full first-payment refund is processed, the subscription is canceled and paid access ends. Your account can continue on the free plan, subject to the Terms of Service.

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation or consumer rights required by applicable law. If mandatory law or applicable Paddle buyer terms give you greater rights, those rights take precedence. Test-mode transactions do not involve real charges and cannot produce a monetary refund.
